Filling the gaps in Blip search

Loving blip.fm but its search and the database are sorely lacking. I've been uploading songs slowly, but so many are missing. I think we need several things:
-More people uploading
-A list of the best upload sites (mine sucks, but I already paid for it)
-A Blips wanted page where people can ask for certain songs to be uploaded

What do you think about search? Any suggestions for how to improve it?

Thanks for reminding me about PlayList.com! Forgot I had stuff on there. Totally agree on the missing music @figgywithit, I'm always running across stuff I want to share but is unavailable. I've used an upload site for a few, but I need to make a list of others. I've been putting together a spreadsheet to show stuff I want (found on other music sites or whatever) and marking them available, samples only, etc. Could we do something on here? Then if someone runs across other music by that artist they can link it/upload it.

I agree, I'd love to upload some of my collection, but as it is I have a constant battle with Imeem just to hear more than a 30 sec blip, a lot of American's are oblivious to this 'cos it doesn't affect them.. but if you live in the UK and want to listen to "A Day In The Life" or anything by the Beatles, John Lennon ... forget it .. unavailable..sorry we cannot play this..urrgh!

Uploading is not so legal sometimes!

I use search, almost every song you can find already uploaded by somebody to the internet.
First I try to find at youtube. Use google. Or other search engines.
